two things:

1. the songs picked for my genius play lists should never, ever, be played together.

2. whose job is it to make play lists all day? I could do a better job than them

a final thought: i wish genius was more selective and could realize that the Bon Jovi CD you were randomly given by someone you are no longer friends with, and never listen to, should not appear on a play list.

This is a view I get almost every time I go to DC. Its on the corner of E and 15th NW, right by the white house. I get this view because I go to Old Ebbitt Grill a lot. I like the bar. Go in and walk all the way around the bar to the back side of it and its less crowded and you can check out the whole raw bar.

It feels like old politics in there. and right up the street, the Willard hotel, has a bar on top that has a great view of the city. Maybe the second best one, next to the Washington Monument. If you’ve never been to DC you should definitely go sometime. I like April during the Cherry Blossom Festival. Its crowded but worth it. you can walk around and see the trees, pop in a museum or Smithsonian (I like the national portrait gallery and the botanical gardens) and then walk up to old Ebbitt grill for a drink, then over to Georgetown or Dupont Circle for dinner, then end the night at the Willard bar over looking the city.

I was in DC this summer and ate at the Old Ebbitt Grill! I loved it, it has so much history and the food is so good!
